Discount Codes & Offers – Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all discount codes, promotional offers, and sale events run by Hounds of Eden. By using a discount code or participating in a promotion, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms

  • Discount codes and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • Codes are valid for a limited time only. Expiry dates will be communicated at the time of issue.
  • Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Hounds of Eden reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where a discount code has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Discount codes are valid for use on the Hounds of Eden website only (www.houndsofeden.co.uk).
  • Codes may be restricted to specific customer groups (e.g. new customers, newsletter subscribers, loyalty members).
  • Some codes may require a minimum order value to qualify. This will be stated at the time of issue.
  • Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

3. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be used on the following:

  • Items already reduced in a sale or clearance event
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items eg name tags.
  • Wholesale or trade orders
  • Orders placed through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or stockists.
  • Delivery charges apply (unless the promotion specifically offers free shipping)

4. Stacking & Combining Offers

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or automatic discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Automatic discounts (e.g. bundle deals or volume discounts) may apply separately and cannot be used in conjunction with a manual discount code unless specified.

5. Returns & Refunds on Discounted Orders

  • If you return an item purchased with a discount code, you will be refunded the amount actually paid for that item, not the full or price of the item as it is now.
  • Discount codes will not be re-issued following a return unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

6. Referral & Loyalty Codes

  • Referral codes are valid for one use per new customer only.
  • Referral rewards are issued at our discretion and may be subject to additional conditions.
  • Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within any stated validity period.

7. Changes to Terms

Hounds of Eden reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
